Ani grew up in Tirana, the capital city of Albania. She was the first winner of the Albanian version of the talent show Pop Idol and at the age of 17 she represented her home country in its debut year at the Eurovision Song Contest 2004, coming 7th.
After a decade of a thriving music career in Albania, she moved to the UK in 2015 and soon after completing her post graduate studies in London she moved to Chester to dedicate more time to her family, embrace her new hometown and build a music community. She's created her own band and she's been regularly performing in the local music scene, including at 'Storyhouse Theatre' with 'Chester Big Band Orchestra' and the 'Deva Festival'.
Ani created 'Vocal Class' in 2018, a space for coaching and mentoring other aspiring singers and she was very soon endorsed by a wide range of students who have highly rated her as one of the top vocal coaches in the North West.
Singing students come from all walks of life with a diverse music career or life ambitions. Ani has trained singers who are now studying at some of the most reputable music schools and colleges in the country, trained professional recording artists and live performing singers, and hosted auditions for ITV's 'The Voice UK'. Ani also loves training singers who simply love music and enjoy the multi wellbeing benefits of singing.
Whilst performing and writing her own music is food to Ani's soul, teaching keeps her inspired and happy, she is always very passionate to share her knowledge and experience with her students and motivate them to succeed and build self confidence.
